Tube by Ichiro Iwasaki, Best of Year 2019 Winner

The winners and honorees of the Best of Year awards were announced live at 2019 Best of Year Awards show hosted by Interior Design in New York last December 6th.

Tube is an innovative system of hanging lamps where a network of tubes directs the light vertically or horizontally from a single connection to different shades that can be placed wherever required. The light flows following a precise design path which at the same time provides interior designers and architects with great freedom to configure multiple configurations.

Recalling the architecture of an urban grid, the Tube collection creates a striking landscape of conduits and shades. Minimalist in concept and form, it nevertheless provides powerful capabilities for flexible, customizable designs.
