PIN: Bedroom Lighting

Lighting in the bedroom is a question of choosing the right types of fitting that respond to the different functions and practicalities of a room that we spend so much of our day. Whether it be sleeping, relaxing, reading or other activities the bedroom is a personal sanctuary and one where light is key.

 

 

The PIN collection designed by Ichiro Iwasaki for Vibia includes a variety of subtle wall, floor and desktop lights characterised by the formal simplicity and superior lighting performance that includes reading light, sconce light and spot light.

 

 

Each fitted with the metal pin that gives the collection its name which can be adjusted comfortably in order to provide light precisely where it’s required or as a soft and calming background illumination.

 

 

PIN is not only a beautiful and practical object but also a comforting design element that represents continuity in the bedroom, like a favourite and familiar blanket that brings warmth and coziness.
