Durch das Projekt wurden 29 H\u00e4ndlerservice-Standorte in zwei Regionalb\u00fcros zusammengelegt: Eins befindet sich in Chandler im Bundesstaat Arizona und das andere in Atlanta. Das Ziel war, Toyotas Markenidentit\u00e4t zu st\u00e4rken und gleichzeitig das Besondere der jeweiligen Region zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Eine herausragende Rolle kam dabei auch der Beleuchtung zu, die bei Vibia in Auftrag gegeben wurde; konkret kamen die Pendelleuchten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibia.com\/de\/int\/pendelleuchten-halo-lineal-pendelleuchte\">Halo Lineal<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibia.com\/de\/int\/pendelleuchten-halo-circular-pendelleuchte\">Halo Circular<\/a> des Designers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibia.com\/de\/int\/martin-azua\">Mart\u00edn Az\u00faa<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibia.com\/de\/int\/deckenleuchten-duo-deckenleuchte\">Duo<\/a> von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibia.com\/de\/int\/ramos-bassols\">Ramos &amp; Bassols<\/a> zum Einsatz.<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Die Gestaltung der Innenarchitektur wurde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/sarah-walker-cid-associate-iida-91127714\/?miniProfileUrn=urn%3Ali%3Afs_miniProfile%3AACoAAALjA10BE85GBwiLWnOOMgJY0Q3d9PGFHTw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sarah Walker<\/a> \u00fcbertragen, der Studio-Managerin von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waremalcomb.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ware Malcomb<\/a>. Unterst\u00fctzt wurde ich dabei von einem wirklich gro\u00dfartigen Team bestehend aus Innenarchitekt*innen und Experten f\u00fcr Marken- und Arbeitsplatzstrategie, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Toyota Financial Services, unseren Generalunternehmern, Beratern, Technik-Partnern sowie Anbietern und Herstellern von M\u00f6beln.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Mit welchen Projekten besch\u00e4ftigen Sie sich normalerweise als Designerin?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.waremalcomb.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ware Malcomb<\/a> betreut eine Vielzahl von Projekten in so unterschiedlichen Bereichen wie Gewerbe, Unternehmen, Industrie, Wissenschaft &amp; Technik, Gesundheitswesen, Einzelhandel, Automobil, \u00f6ffentliche\/institutionelle Einrichtungen und Sanierung.<\/p>\n<p>Ich bin sehr stolz darauf, seit \u00fcber 15 Jahren f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waremalcomb.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ware Malcomb<\/a> t\u00e4tig zu sein und in dieser Zeit viele unterschiedliche Projekte in ganz Nordamerika betreut zu haben, u. a. in den Bereichen Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, Automobil, Einzelhandel und Gastgewerbe.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Wie w\u00fcrden Sie Ihre Design-\u00c4sthetik beschreiben?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bei meinen Entw\u00fcrfen habe ich immer die konkreten Ziele und Visionen meiner Kunden im Kopf, sodass kein Projekt dem anderen gleicht. Die TFS Erlebnis-Center-Projekte im Osten und Westen der USA beispielsweise hatten ein klares gemeinsames Designziel: Beide sollten die naturverbundene Professionalit\u00e4t der Marke Toyota ausdr\u00fccken. Doch jedes Projekt ist auf seine Weise auch einzigartig und \u00e4sthetisch eng mit seiner Region verbunden, wobei gleichzeitig die von unserem Kunden gesteckten Ziele erreicht werden konnten. Das West-Projekt besticht durch seine anheimelnde K\u00fcstenatmosph\u00e4re, w\u00e4hrend f\u00fcr das Ost-Projekt lebhafte, leuchtende Farben als Ausdruck eines reichen Kulturerbes zum Einsatz kamen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Was war Ihre Aufgabe in dem TFS DSCE Projekt?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Unser Team war f\u00fcr die Arbeitsplatzstrategie, Innenarchitektur &amp; Design sowie f\u00fcr die Markenentwicklung zust\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n<p>Das Finanzdienstleistungszentrum von Toyota hat sich durch die Zusammenlegung von 29 H\u00e4ndlerservice-Standorten in zwei regionalen B\u00fcrozentren einer nicht einfachen Neustrukturierung unterzogen. Unsere Aufgabe war es, die Unternehmenskultur zu st\u00e4rken und dabei sowohl Mitarbeiter- als auch Unternehmensziele zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Die \u00c4sthetik sollte die naturverbundene Professionalit\u00e4t der Marke Toyota widerspiegeln und gleichzeitig das Besondere jeder Region zum Ausdruck bringen. Mit einem Umweltbewusstsein, das Teil der DNA von Toyota ist, war es klar, dass bei allen Aspekten dieses Projekts auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet werden musste, gleichg\u00fcltig, ob es um hocheffiziente Geb\u00e4udetechnik oder recycelte Einrichtungsgegenst\u00e4nde ging. Zur St\u00e4rkung der Nachhaltigkeitswirkung wurde f\u00fcr alle Besucher und Mitarbeiter*innen ein Rundgang eingerichtet, auf dem man auch n\u00e4heren Einblick in die Geschichte der Marke erh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Warum haben Sie sich f\u00fcr die Leuchten Duo und Halo von Vibia entschieden? Dieser Bereich ist die Verl\u00e4ngerung des gr\u00f6\u00dften Pausenraums, von dem er durch ein Garagen-Rolltor getrennt ist. Die beiden Zentren sollten sich miteinander verbunden f\u00fchlen, aber sich nicht als Kopie des anderen empfinden. F\u00fcr TFS West haben wir daher das Modell Circular aus der Kollektion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibia.com\/de\/int\/pendelleuchten-halo-circular-pendelleuchte\">Halo<\/a> gew\u00e4hlt, um ein anheimelndes K\u00fcstenambiente zu vermitteln, w\u00e4hrend wir uns bei TFS Ost f\u00fcr das Modell Lineal von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibia.com\/de\/int\/pendelleuchten-halo-lineal-pendelleuchte\">Halo<\/a> entschieden haben, um ein deutliches Design-Statement abzugeben.<\/p>\n<p>Diese zwei sehr dynamischen Beleuchtungsl\u00f6sungen haben es unserem Design-Team erm\u00f6glicht, beide Projekte \u00fcber eine starke gemeinsame Linie miteinander zu verbinden. Sie haben dadurch nicht nur einen \u00e4sthetischen Beitrag zum Projekt geleistet, sondern neue Dimensionen und Ebenen des Gesamtdesigns geschaffen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Was war bei diesem Projekt die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung f\u00fcr Sie?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die coronabedingten Reisebeschr\u00e4nkungen waren eine echte Herausforderung f\u00fcr die Zeitplanung beider Projekte. Das gesamte Projektteam hat kooperiert, um die erforderlichen Ortsbegehungen, die unter normalen Umst\u00e4nden in Pr\u00e4senz stattfinden, durch virtuelle Begehungen zu ersetzen. Wir haben sogar Punkt- und Positionsinstallationen virtuell durchgef\u00fchrt, um sicherzustellen, dass die Design-Absicht im Abschlussprojekt eins zu eins umgesetzt werden konnte.<\/p>\n<p>Wegen der anhaltenden Pandemie wurden wir auch immer wieder mit Lieferkettenproblemen konfrontiert. Mehr als einmal hat auch der Generalunternehmer Auftr\u00e4ge im Voraus erteilt, um so etwaigen Versp\u00e4tungen entgegenzuwirken.<\/p>\n<p>Dank der perfekten Koordination und Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Projektpartnern und dem TFS-Team haben wir es am Ende trotz aller Widrigkeiten geschafft, zwei absolut erfolgreiche Projekte umzusetzen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-11\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Woher nehmen Sie die Inspiration f\u00fcr Ihre Arbeit? <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die uns umgebende Welt ist in st\u00e4ndiger Ver\u00e4nderung begriffen, was mich immer daran erinnert, f\u00fcr Diversit\u00e4t und Vielfalt einzutreten, und mich ohne Pause zu konstanter Weiterentwicklung in meinem Beruf motiviert. Jeder Tag ist eine neue Chance. Jeder Kunde bedeutet neue Herausforderungen, aber auch M\u00f6glichkeiten. Er beeinflusste eine ganze Generation, die definierte, was wir unter moderner Architektur der Mitte des letzten Jahrhunderts verstehen. Seine Philosophie des \u201eWeniger ist mehr\u201d ist in all seinen Meisterwerken umgesetzt. Viele von uns sehen in dieser Philosophie das Leitmotiv unseres aktuellen Designansatzes. Die bewusst eingesetzten Formen und die elegante Einfachheit sind Elemente, die mich schon in einem sehr fr\u00fch Alter fasziniert haben, und auch heute nutze ich noch jede sich mir bietende Gelegenheit, die Meisterwerke Mies van der Rohes zu w\u00fcrdigen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-13\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Beeinflusst die Tatsache, dass Sie eine Frau sind, Ihre Arbeit und falls ja, inwiefern?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ja. Aber eine meiner Leidenschaften ist Reisen. Neue Kulturen und Diversit\u00e4t zu erfahren \u00f6ffnet unseren Geist daf\u00fcr, die Sichtweise neu zu gestalten, aus der heraus wir Zukunft definieren.
